During the loading and unloading process at the port, assistance is needed for the process of the ship berthing and un-berthing by installing and removing the mooring rope of vessel in the bolder that available in the port, and also for insertion and removal of floating hose. In addition to that, services are also needed to operate pollution prevention tool during an emergency pollution condition, including acting as power outages assistance during emergencies.
